Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I feel a difference?

Most people feel their neck loosen during the first 5–10 minute session. Muscles that have been tight for years need consistency — give it 10–14 days of daily use before you judge it.

How long do I lie on the traction pillow?

Start with 5 minutes. Work up to 10. More is not better: over-stretching a stiff neck makes it guard and tighten. Once a day is plenty.

It feels intense at the base of my skull. Is that normal?

A firm, stretching pressure is normal and usually fades after the first few sessions. Sharp pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling is not — get off it and check with your doctor before using it again.

Can I use it on my bed?

Only if your mattress is firm. A soft mattress swallows the arch and you lose the traction. The floor, a rug or a yoga mat works best.

What size posture corrector should I order?

Measure around your chest, under the armpits, and match it to the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go up. A corrector that's too tight ends up in a drawer.

Will the posture corrector show under my clothes?

Not under a normal t-shirt or dress shirt. The straps are slim padded neoprene, and they sit flat across the upper back.

How long does the ice wrap stay cold?

Roughly 30 minutes out of the freezer. Keep it stored in the freezer so it's ready when a headache starts — that's the whole point.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship across the United States. For international orders, email us before you order and we'll confirm.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 10–14 business days. Full detail on our Shipping page.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Return it within 30 days. See Returns & Refunds.

Is any of this a medical device?

No. Everything we sell is a wellness and relaxation product. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, a recent injury, osteoporosis, or you're pregnant, talk to your doctor before using traction or posture products.
